Custom Spaces & Storage Solutions

Sometimes, it’s the little things that can change a house into a home. For these new homeowners in Wilmington, a few customizations created beautiful spaces for their family to enjoy. These photos were taken before the final coat of paint on the woodwork, but I wanted to share them anyway.

Here’s a quick overview of what was done:

LIVING ROOM
The fireplace received a facelift with new tile to match the homeowner’s style.

DINING ROOM
A custom bench in the dining room added storage and seating.

MUD ROOM/LAUNDRY ROOM
Upgraded flooring in the mudroom as well as custom shelving created usable storage space and a luxury feel to an otherwise overlooked laundry room.

Dining Room Before

Here’s a photo of the dining room before the bench seat was placed. As you can see, the large window bring in plenty of light.
