Custom Generator Pad
It’s only January, but it never hurts to plan ahead. In the case of this Wilmington homeowner, they were having a generator installed well before storm season, and wanted a structure for the new generator added to the existing platform that held the air-conditioner.
We were able to keep the existing structure with the air-conditioning unit, while extending the platform’s width and length to create a custom platform with enough clearance for the generator installation.
We also built a sun pad addition to the home’s back balcony, which extends the deck and increases the usable outdoor space. It’s a chilly day in January, but this homeowner will enjoy this space in the coming Spring and Summer. Are you ready for hurricane season?
