Exterior Siding - Complete

This Wilmington, NC siding project was completed last fall, but we never posted final photos.

SIDING/PAINT
As we removed the old siding, we found that there was further damage that needed to be addressed. Once those repairs were complete, we were able to replace the siding. Exterior paint not only increases the curb appeal of your home, but will extend the life of your siding. After any exterior siding repair or complete replacement, be sure to paint all surfaces.

DECKS
In addition to the siding, new front and back decks created usable exterior spaces that made the detached garage accessible, and exiting from the rear sliding glass door safer.

GUTTERS
Gutters divert hundreds of gallons of water off the roof every time it rains, and keep that water from pooling around the foundation of your home and causing erosion. Although gutters may seem like an unnecessary amenity, they extend the life of your siding by diverting water away from home.

Now that the siding has been painted and the gutters are installed, this home looks brand new. Take a look at some of the before and after photos below.
